Foundation Black

This beautiful premium quality wool piece is ready for your projects.  It is fully felted and hand-cut here at JTD.
 
Description: This 86% wool offers a thicker, denser feel than our "Basic Black."  Use for foundation (what you stitch your pieces onto), not for black pieces.  It is a thicker, structured wool that holds up to having pieces stitched ONTO it more than conventional black wool. It is less likely to distort during the stitching process.  No selvages.
 
Always remember to use a pressing cloth when working with black wool.
 
Half Yard Cuts are 18" X @50"
 
Uses: a perfect foundation and for tiny black pieces.
