Christmas Cookies

Grate the ginger, add the molasses, stir the batter, and roll out the dough.  It is that time of year you have been waiting for.  ’Tis the season for making gingerbread men.  Mmmmm, can you smell the sweet, gingery goodness?  This simple 12 ½” X 10 ½” heart is the DECEMBER addition (one of TWO) to the “Sweet Hearts” series.  It would make a delightful pillow, candle mat, or (when doubled) table runner.  You could even pick and choose other designs from the series to create your own one-of-a-kind quilt sampler, centerpiece, or wallhanging.
