Sunflower Queen
Sunflower Queen" unquestionably lives up to its name. The blending of these warm, rich colors, bestows a country grace. This wall hanging is a cinch to stitch with its open, nicely sized pieces. Atop the design is the star of this creation: a glorious sunflower. Two perching birds follow, then berry branches. Finally, you have a beautiful heart adorned with autumn flowers. The design would add coziness and Dutch country flair to any room. Sunflower Queen is subtle in design, but people will take notice. The 14" x 20" design lends itself to embellishment stitches...or not...keeping with its country flavor. A joy to stitch!
- Our kit contains all the WOOL you see, including our hand-dyed wools. It ALSO includes a black background wool. Our wool kits come clearly labeled and contain the best quality wool. Your 100% woven wool has been already felted for you. We have done all the prep work for you to begin tracing and cutting your pieces. To collect the wools at the wool shop would cost you nearly double our kit price.
- Our kit does not include the backing or the floss/threads since these usually are personal choices of the stitcher. It also allows keeping the kit more affordable for you if you already have a wool and thread stash.
